OMD Taiwan MD to depart

TAIPEI - Sean Chang (pictured), managing director of OMD Taiwan, will be departing at the end of May, after four years with the agency.

Until a replacement is found, Chang’s responsibilities will be split between the two current general managers in Taiwan: Bannie Tsai and George Shen.

Tsai, who arrived at OMD in April, is in charge of all buying affairs and quality control, and handling key accounts including McDonald’s, Johnson & Johnson, Reckitt Benckiser, Visa, Fedex Express and Watson’s.

Shen, meanwhile, oversees the administrative side of the operation.

Chang is expected to take a break from the industry before assessing his next move.
