Synovate makes Hong Kong promotions

HONG KONG - Synovate's Clare Lui and Susanna Lam (pictured) have both been promoted to the position of research director to cover the absence left by previous director of media Craig Harvey's departure in May.

Both will be devoting more time to business development and client-facing activities in their new roles.

Reporting to Steve Garton, Synovate’s global head of media, Lui will continue to focus on international clients and services (including PAX Digital Life) while Lam will work on developing the Young Asians survey, as well as dedicating her time to Hong Kong clients and services such as Media Atlas.
