Matheson to lead planning upgrade at Ogilvy Japan

TOKYO - Ogilvy & Mather's regional head of planning for Asia-Pacific Paul Matheson (pictured) is due to relocate to Tokyo, where in addition to his current role he will lead the planning department in the agency's Japan office as executive planning director.
