Lowdown

With a number of good account wins under his belt and a great appointment in Mark Hunter as the executive creative director, Cadman is starting to enjoy his tenure at Euro RSCG London. However, there are some that question how well his more measured pace sits with David Jones, but no-one can deny he's worked what must be close to a miracle at an agency where morale was at rock bottom when he joined.

Most expensive purchase

A painting.

Why are you good at what you do?

Never really satisfied, and a genuine dislike of failure.
