Aegis awarded its chief executive, Robert Lerwill, an 11 per cent pay rise last year, according to the group's annual report for 2007. Lerwill received £1.21 million last year, up from £1.09 million in 2006. His salary rose 4 per cent to £658,000 and his bonus went up 19 per cent to £532,000.
