It will tackle stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness.
The campaign is funded with money, following a successful bid, from the National Lottery and Comic Relief.
The funding will pay for the campaign and additional ground activities to get people engaged with the programme.
These activities will include money to back legal challenges against discrimination in the workplace.
Moving People is currently reviewing its media arrangements.
