DNX, which was appointed without a pitch, was chosen after being briefed with some initial tasks by WebEx's European marketing team.

Kate Milner, European marketing director at WebEx, said: "Web based meetings and training sessions -- which allow people to share and collaborate on documents through a browser -- are increasingly being used to augment face to face meetings.
"They make people's diaries easier to manage because they save so much time, cut costs and reduce the need for corporate travel."
DNX, which is based in Guildford, has a client list that includes First Great Western, The Link, Timberland and Millets.
