David Steele lands CEO role at CDMS/Transactis
LONDON - CDMS/Transactis, a data-driven DM specialist, has appointed former Dunnhumby director David Steele as its chief executive officer
Steele, who has 15 years' experience in the loyalty marketing sector, was most recently managing director of retail at DM specialist Dunnhumby in the UK, leading its commercial relationship with Tesco, and general manager of its Ireland operation.

CDMS, which recently strengthened its data credentials by acquiring Transactis, has been on the hunt for a new CEO following the departure of Stephen Clark.

CDMS/Transactis's clients include Betfair and Shop Direct Group.
