Honda 'whoosh' by DraftFCB Melbourne
DraftFCB Melbourne has created this spot to launch the Honda Accord Euro in Australia.
It begins with a shot of an object flying through the air above the fields below and as the camera zooms in we can see that it is a man.
The man flies gracefully along roads, past fields of cattle, around sharp bends and under a bridge.
He finally comes to land by his Honda Accord Euro, which he locks and then walks off.
The ad ends with the strapline: "The all new Accord Euro. Precision you can feel."

Xbox and Canon, anybody?

That's cool. Haven't seen the Xbox and Canon ads though.

It also seems that Honda are focussed more on the sky than the road. Skydivers, flying people...I see dragons and unicorns next.

I'm not sure you can't have a flying bloke because of previous flying bloke ad's. Nice bit of film, no idea how well it will sell the car. Not as stand out as some of the Honda campaigns, but seems to fits into the Honda world, well enough.

It's well produced, but it's not a new idea, it's a kid's fantasy (which also isn't a new idea). In comparison to (most of) W+K's work here in the UK, it's poor.

the 'tie-up' between the visual and the line seems to be a little lacking. it just seems a little A for Apple... could have so much fun with 'precision you can feel'
