Revolution Forum: Nike and London 2012 speakers confirmed

LONDON - Nike's newly-appointed global brand director of sportswear Simon Pestridge and Alex Balfour, head of new media at the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games, will deliver keynote speeches at the forthcoming Revolution Summer Forum.

The two expert marketers lead an influential line-up of digital experts at this year's Revolution Forum, which takes place from 1 to 3 July 2009, offering brand marketers a free delegate place.

The Revolution Forum offers marketers an indispensible opportunity to get together and meet face-to-face with key suppliers, gain insight into the latest digital marketing trends and network with peers.

Pestridge will deliver a talk describing how Nike is putting the web at the centre of its communications strategy, while Balfour will explain how the London 2012 Olympic Games has the potential to not only revolutionise online media coverage but also digital marketing.

Meanwhile, Richard Spalding, chief executive of Kontraband will deliver a masterclass on making sure your video clips go viral.

The Revolution Forum is free to client marketers with purchasing responsibility and an annual digital budget in excess of £200,000 per annum. This includes accomodation for two nights and meals.
