Now you can Hassle the Hoff on your iPhone

LONDON - David Hasselhoff has released an iPhone app to impart pearls of wisdom, or 'Hoffalicious advice', to loyal fans.

Ask the Hoff, which is based on a Magic 8 Ball, plays pre-recorded answers to players' questions when they shake their iPhone.

"Scientists have wrung my fantastic brain dry and poured the knowledge into this app, so I can give you Hoffalicious advice whenever you need it," Hasselhoff said in the App Store's description.

"Ask The Hoff is an official Hoff iPhone app featuring exclusively recorded audio of me, The Hoff. We've even squeezed an entire gospel choir into this thing. That wasn't easy, let me tell you. It's kinda cosy in here. But it's a good cosy."

The 59p app was created by Never Odd Nor Even in partnership with the Baywathch and Knightrider star's company Hoffstuff Productions.

"It's a very simple and silly idea, but everyone loves The Hoff, and this gives iPhone and iPod owners the chance to receive spiritual guidance from their favourite bouffant-haired Trans Am driver/lifeguard," Paul Smith, co-founder of Never Odd Nor Even said.
