News Focus: Repositioning - LBM rebrands

Customer contact and data specialist LBM is re-branding to reflect the fact that it has moved from being a boutique business-to-business call centre operator to a bigger, more wide-ranging marketing services firm.

The move follows LBM's expansion into consumer data.

"Our new brand identity and proposition illustrates how LBM has moved
away from just being a supplier of an outsourced commodity, to a

position of a strategic partner, specialising in integrated customer

management," said LBM marketing director Andrew Colwell.
