LONDON - Fast growing UK car servicing chain In'n'Out has appointed Kitcatt Nohr as its strategic and creative marketing agency. Several undisclosed agencies were in the running.

The agency will create a fully integrated customer brand, acquisition and CRM programme, with a media spend of £3m in the next year. Media planning will be supplied through Kitcatt Nohr sister agency Trinity Communications with data analytics from the Huw Davis Partnership (HDP).

Work begins immediately with initial activity due to launch in September.

The car servicing chain was launched in 2007 with backing from a syndicate of Californian investors. It positions itself as a value-priced, premium experience service offering car servicing, valeting and MOT testing at six regional centres.

A further 11 centres in development for 2009 and another 36 targeted for next year.

IN’n’Out also offers fleet servicing and pre-paid Platinum Memberships for annual car servicing and maintenance.

Lee Stonehouse, CEO at In‘n’Out’ said the chain had chosen Kitcatt Nohr "because they took a rigorous approach to understanding how to generate ROI growth using the unique attributes of our brand combined with their deep understanding of service and retail brand strategies. We always aim to do things differently and it’s clear they do too."
