Rapp Media scoops £8m Open University media

LONDON - Open University has appointed Rapp Media to its £8 million media planning and buying account.

The agency won the business following a final shoot-out against the WPP-owned Mindshare.

The incumbent on the account, Zed Media, was knocked out at an earlier stage of the review, which kicked off in July.
