Yahoo! hires Y&R veteran Penny Baldwin to global brand role
LONDON - Yahoo! has appointed Penny Baldwin, former managing partner of Young & Rubicam Brands, to the new role of senior vice president, global integrated marketing and brand management.

She reports to Yahoo!'s chief marketing officer, Elisa Steele, and will be responsible for brand management, corporate messaging, integrated marketing and advertising.
Baldwin has been consulting since March and previously served as managing partner of Young & Rubicam Brands, Y&R Advertising and Wunderman Direct Marketing. 
Yahoo! recently restructured its marketing team, promoting Kristof Fahy to head international marketing.
