Footballers wanted for BT Mexican wave
LONDON - BT is looking for football teams to feature in its BT Fon "Online Mexican Wave" promotion aimed at creating the world's largest wi-fi network.
The BT Fon service allows members to access each other's internet connections. The aim is to create wi-fi hotspots where subscribers can go online via connections in other members' homes.
Last month the telecoms giant launched an online promotion featuring England footballer Peter Crouch demonstrating how to create the perfect Mexican wave.

The company has signed up players from Arsenal, Everton and Celtic to demonstrate Mexican waves and is encouraging fans to download their own.
The aim of the campaign is to demonstrate how the BT Fon community can grow like a Mexican wave.
