LONDON - Walkers has created an advertising campaign to support the six new types of crisp to result from its 'Do us a flavour' competition.

The promotion, which initially asked consumers to create their own crisp flavour, sees Walkers offering Cajun Chicken, Crispy Duck and Builders Breakfast as part of its range.

The TV campaign kicks off this week with a 60-sec ad featuring a battle between the flavours, which are characterised as different characters. The commercial ends with Gary Lineker called in to break up the fight.

At the end of the ad the public are given the opportunity to vote for the best flavour via text or email. The winning version will given a permanent in the Walkers range with the inventor receiving a £50,000 prize.

Seven new TV ads have been created to publicise the new flavours. The campaign will run until 1 May with the winning flavour announced shortly afterwards.
