LONDON - Barclaycard has teamed up with Youtube to launch a competition to create and film a working model of a waterslide.

The first prize is an around the world trip for two visiting five waterparks, a camcorder and a laptop. There is also an alternative prize of £7000 cash while runners-up will receive £100 Amazon vouchers.
The promotion follows on from last year’s TV ad featuring an office worker leaving his desk and jumping on a waterslide. On the way down he passes through a variety of retail environments swiping his card through tillpoints as he does.
Digital agency Dare has also created a viral version of the ad featuring a model waterslide made from various bits and pieces. A doll holding a Barclaycard card eventually slides down it and into a newsagents.

Chaps! - I created a video for the above competition, and I would love you even more than I love you already if you could vote for it. The video is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYUk7f0kisw
Towards the end, there's a link which pops up. Just click on that, then press 'Vote' on the Barclaycard website....then click my video 'Fish goes watersliding' and give it a green thumbs up... It only takes 5 seconds or so,,,,I promise! Obviously, only do this if you actually like my video!)
