To enter the competition consumer need to upload in a photo of their own 'BBQ Hero' either cooking or eating the food. Judges will award prizes to the picture that "best captures the BBQ Heroez theme".
The campaign will be supported by above the line press activity and feature three new products: HP Hot Sauce, Salad Cream Handypack and Twisted Ketchup, a spicy variant of tomato sauce. Other products include Daddies Brown Sauce, Tomato Ketchup and Lea & Perrin Worcester Sauce.
The aim behind the campaign is to illustrate how Heinz sauces can invigorate any BBQ.
Heinz has instigated a number of campaigns around its sauces recently. At the start of the month it launched a TV campaign for Tomato Ketchup. This was also followed by a trade promotion targeting pubs.

There must to be few brands with such powerful position in one type of product. Heinz ketchup is always a step ahead of Del Monte,Hunt's of ConAgra or Hellmann's-Calvé-Arisco of Unilever. Heinz is an iconic brand and people are agree to spend more to buy the leader product.
