I work for a regeneration charity. We are carrying out some work in a local park in London and want to consult the residents who live around the park about what they want us to do. I was wondering whether it was possible to buy a list of residents and addresses in a specific postcode and, if so, from where.

I know this isn't really a marketing question but I guessed that the same principles as with DM applied.

Any help would be much appreciated.
