BARCELONA - Yahoo! has struck a deal with T-Mobile to provide services including Flickr, Yahoo! Messenger and Yahoo! Mail to the mobile company´s customers across Europe.

This partnership will see Yahoo! oneSearch become the exclusive mobile search service for T-Mobile customers from March 2008, allowing users to instantly access a mix of news, financial information, weather reports, photos and mobile websites via their handset.

The internet giant has also announced plans to launch oneConnect, a new mobile search service that brings together email, instant messaging, text messaging and access to social networking sites.

A key feature of Yahoo oneConnect will enable mobile users to integrate their address book with social networks such as Facebook, MySpace and Bebo. Users will be able to view status updates, photo uploads and the recent activity of their contacts via their mobile.

Yahoo! Is working to make oneConnect available across hundreds of devices and mobile browsers globally during 2008.
