Samsung launches Giorgio Armani LCD TV

LONDON - Samsung is expanded its strategic alliance with fashion guru Giorgio Armani by rolling out a new premium LCD TV.

The two parties signed an initial agreement in September last year. Samsung's aim is to produce a range of luxury portable consumer electronics products.

The new Armani/Samsung premium LCD television is the second product to spring from the collaboration, after a mobile phone was released last year.

The Korean consumer electronics brand recently launched its LCD TV Series 6 across Europe. The release was backed by a series of TV, outdoor and press ads featuring Chelsea Football Club players.
