According to the bodies involved, it will 'celebrate the effectiveness of public sector advertising'.
The Conservative Party has complained over recent years that the Labour government has poured too much money into ad campaigns.
Last year the COI spent £150m, up 8.6% on the previous year, according to Nielsen Media Research.
