Hotcourses appoints Pure for eCRM project

LONDON - Educational publisher Hotcourses has appointed email marketing company Pure to develop an eCRM programme for its members.
Hotcourses, which publishes print and online course guides including Hotcourses.com and Whatuni.com wants to build closer relationships with its half a million members. Subscribers visit the site to research further education options including university degrees and evening classes.

"Email is a fast and effective way of communication with our members," said Paula Redman, marketing manager at Hotcourses. "Pure's email programme will enable us to segment our database and more easily follow up requests for information."
