LONDON - Digitaltmw, the digital division of Tullo Marshall Warren (TMW), has promoted Chris Tyas, to a newly created position as head of innovation.
The new role involves considering marketing practices from around the world. "London used to be the centre of digital marketing, but now when you look around the world there are so many threads of possibility," said Tyas, who joined digitaltmw in 2007 as digital client partner.

Tyas will continue to work with T-Mobile, Guinness, Unilever, Royal Mail and eBay. "We want to make sure new ideas are not lost, nurturing ideas that may at first seem odd or risky," he said.
Ross Taylor, director of digitaltmw, said: "We have promoted Chris to keep us abreast of what is happening in the marketplace. Adopting this approach will enable us to give clients maximum added value, exploiting all online and other new media opportunities."
Digitaltmw was established eight years ago to integrate TMW’s digital marketing with its offline activity. Its clients include Arriva Trains, PriceRunner and Coca-Cola Enterprises.
