LONDON - Transport for London (TfL) has appointed Carlson Marketing to its roster for a three year contract.

The DM agency will work on the TfL ‘Smarter Driving’ initiative, which will educate drivers about better driving techniques and how they can save money while reducing CO2 emissions.

Carlson Marketing will develop partnerships with various car and fuel companies to help promote the smarter driving message to their own customers.

John Hiney, managing director at Carlson Marketing, said: It's a great project and once we have got together with some partners we will be using many marketing techniques, including direct mail and email to get the message across to consumers."
