NME.com and MSN Music launch content sharing deal
LONDON - Music website NME.com has signed an agreement with Microsoft's UK online music channel MSN Music to provide some of its content on the site, such as news and reviews, from today.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed but NME.com and MSN Music said they will continue to explore opportunities to extend the service.

Mike Lok, MSN Music manager, said: "Our new partnership with NME.COM will mean there's even richer content on MSN Music and ensure it's a key destination for all serious music fans everywhere.
"Linking up with a world famous music website like NME.com is another way for us to broaden our content as well as our reach and make MSN an even more informed home on the web for our audience."
Existing features on MSN Music include celebrity interviews, concert tickets, MusicBox, which is a streaming service that allows people to listen to over 2m tracks from the MSN download store and MSN in Concert, which shows live performances from acts including Elton John.
Mike Dixon, NME.com digital development manager, said: "This major deal with MSN once again illustrates NME.com's fast-growing reputation as the world's leading authority for music news and reviews."
NME.com attracts around 1.7m unique users, according to the ABC Electronic figures for June 2007.
