IPC tx poaches director from BBC Worldwide

IPC tx has appointed Pippa Pollard to the newly-created role of director of brand and business development. She will join the TV listings division, which houses titles including TV Times and What's on TV, on  June 4th.

Her main role within the group will be as a strategist with a brief to drive revenues across the portfolio and develop new products and partnerships. She joins the division from BBC Worldwide, where she was business development manager.
