ITN appoints new sales chief

LONDON - News broadcaster ITN's multimedia division, ITN On, has appointed Bryce Currie to the newly created position of sales director.

Currie will report into Nicholas Wheeler, managing director of ITN On, and will be responsible for managing relations with ITN’s existing clients and driving new business in the UK and new markets. He takes up the position with immediate effect.

Currie joins ITN On from Emuse Absolutely, the interactive TV specialist, where he was sales director for the London office.

Prior to this, Currie was an account director at Globecast and involved in targeting a new business portfolio for UK-based customers on Globecast’s satellite platforms.
