Five in running for Warner Music brief

Warner Music UK has drawn up a list of five agencies to pitch for its £7m media planning and buying account.

Aegis media agencies Carat and Vizeum, as well as independents Target Media, The7stars and MediaMix, have made it on to the shortlist for the account, previously held by Omnicom's PHD. The list is expected to be whittled down to a final shortlist of three before the end of January.

PHD, which declined to repitch for the business, won the account in October 2006.

The review follows the recent appointment of Warner marketing director Greg Castell.
