Publishing and exhibitions group Centaur Communications has postponed its stock market flotation until after Christmas.

LONDON (Brand Republic) – Publishing and exhibitions group Centaur Communications has postponed its stock market flotation until after Christmas.

The company, which held an investor roadshow earlier this year, is thought to have been hoping to raise £100m.

Centaur is understood to be under considerable pressure as US investment bank Veronis Suhler, which owns a 22% stake in the company, is said to want a quick exit, according to a report in the Daily Express.

Centaur publishes magazines including Marketing Week and New Media Age.
