Crossroads enjoys respectable start
The first two episodes of ITV’s revived soap Crossroads enjoyed respectable viewing figures yesterday.
LONDON (Brand Republic) - The first two episodes of ITV’s revived soap Crossroads enjoyed respectable viewing figures yesterday.
The lunchtime showing drew audiences of 2.1m and a 29.7% share of television viewers, up from 1.4m and 18.6% for the same slot last year. However, it failed to beat figures for BBC’s regional news which pulled in 3.2m and a 43.5% share, or Neighbours which pulled in 2.6m and a 40.3% share.

However, the teatime repeat drew an audience of 3m and a 21.8% share over the BBC’s Blue Peter, which had an audience of 1.9m and a 13.8% share.
