Moonfruit.com executives complete management buyout

Executives of community site builder Moonfruit.com have completed a management buyout of the limited firm, which was backed by investors including Macromedia. They have bought the assets of Moonfruit company, including the Moonfruit.com site, and will run the site using monthly subscription revenues. Wendy Tan, chief executive at Moonfruit, said that partners such as Emap will continue to use the service.
