Phillipa Brown, IPC's group marketing director, has been appointed to the IPC board and will take on responsibility for Solanki's role.
Niall McKinney, senior marketing manager for Ignite's men's brands, has been promoted to head of marketing for IPC Ignite. He will report to Brown and IPC Ignite managing director Mike Soutar.
