PEOPLE: Appointment at The Weather Channel
The UK web site of The Weather Channel, weather.co.uk, has promoted Pascal Racheneur to director of international product development. Racheneur joined The Weather Channel as senior manager of international products in 2000. He will report to Eddy Ruiz, president of weather.co.uk, and Tom Flournoy, vice-president of product management at weather.com.
