NEWS IN BRIEF: MBlox acquires SMS business of Red Message
MBlox, the UK provider of two-way SMS services, has acquired the European SMS business of Swedish company Red Message for an undisclosed sum. Red Message clients will continue to receive their existing services through mBlox and will have access to mBlox services. Red Message specialises in SMS-based customer relationship and marketing services.
