Kelly Osbourne to feature in Bliss Valentine promotion
LONDON - Teenage girls will get the chance to send their sweetheart a Valentine's Day message from a celebrity, in a new SMS campaign for Emap's Bliss magazine.
Stars such as Kelly Osbourne and Romeo from So Solid Crew will feature in the promotion. On February 7, Bliss's database of 25,140 readers will receive a text message asking them if they want to send a Valentine's Day message from a star to someone special.

Readers will type in their friend's mobile number, together with a keyword indicating which star they want to send the message. This will then be delivered to their friend on February 14.
After the campaign has run, the list of Valentine's numbers will be checked against the Bliss SMS club database, and those who are not already in the club will be invited to joint via SMS.
The campaign is being run by the wireless marketing agency Flytxt.
Bliss, which has a readership of teenage girls, has boosted its average circulation by more 17,000 to 267,553 and attracted new advertisers since its £2m relaunch in January 2002.
