LONDON - Credit reference and marketing services agency Experian is launching its online data cleansing tool Experian Intact in the Netherlands.

Intact, a joint venture with UK database services company Synectics Solutions, is believed to be the first online data cleansing service to be available to Dutch companies.

Hans Gills, senior managing director of marketing services for Experian Netherlands, said: "Experian Intact is Holland's first online data cleansing service and will fundamentally change the shape of the data management industry."

Dutch companies will be able to check their data using suppression, data cleansing, de-duplication and data enrichment tools online at Experian Intact.

Customers will also be able to append lifestyle information and gain access to the Netherland's leading demographic classification Mosaic.

Experian Intact allows customers to submit data securely online and provides a free data audit, giving customers a snapshot of the quality of their data and helps identify areas that need to be worked on.
