Five has appointed Lateral to overhaul its five.tv web site. It intends to strip out two-thirds of the site's content to focus purely on programming-related content and develop it into a customer marketing tool. Lateral pitched for the business against Graphico New Media, Broadband and incumbent Wax Digital.
