Dr Who inspires name choice for Berryman's firm
SINGAPORE: Enterprise IG's design director Quentin Berryman has signed the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as the first client for his own design consultancy Qube.
Berryman, who was behind the award-winning anti-drug book David's Diary, produced by Batey Singapore for the National Council Against Drug Abuse, was the creative director at the Four Seasons before joining Enterprise IG in 2001. The inspiration for the name came from the Dr Who series, in which a scientist roamed the galaxy fighting evil with his unique spacecraft - a police box that looked like a British phone booth.

"From the outside it was ordinary and small, but there was a vast amount of space inside crammed with wonderful gadgets and doors to other rooms.
Our perception of things today is still much the same; we judge what we see on the surface with little insight. Qube will help open the door to express clients' needs by thinking out-of-the-box."
