HOTLINE: O2's Will Harris named Conservative's head of communications

Will Harris, the marketing chief of the mobile phone network O2, was set to be named this week as the Conservative Party's head of communications. Harris, whose agency career includes spells at WCRS and Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, will work closely with the new leader, Michael Howard, and the joint chairman Maurice Saatchi.
