Sky chooses Wanadoo to promote latest digital offers
LONDON - BSkyB has signed a £600,000 advertising deal with Wanadoo to drive sign-ups and promote its latest offers, after the success of previous campaigns.
Wanadoo, the ISP formally known as Freeserve, was chosen because of the close match with BSkyB's target audience and its ability to reach mass audiences.
Advertising will feature prominently on the homepage and will be weighted towards key times of the year for BSkyB. It will also be integrated into the Wanadoo portal.
