Manchester's Love wins Red Nose Day without a pitch

LONDON - Manchester design agency Love Creative has been charged with developing the logo for Red Nose Day 2005, as well as the guidelines for the fundraising campaign's visual identity.

Love has previously worked on the campaign guidelines for Sport Relief, which was held last month, and was appointed, as a result of this work, without a pitch.

Details of the new logo are not being revealed at this stage, with the next Red Nose Day being held on March 11 2005.

Love counts Boddingtons and Emap among its other clients. It has also just been appointed on the Manchester Evening News advertising account after a three-way pitch. The account was previously held by Cheetham Bell J Walter Thompson.
