Broadsystem appoints Freeman as marketing head
GERRARDS CROSS - Broadsystem, a leading outsourced marketing service provider based here, has appointed Ian Freeman as head of marketing with a brief to develop awareness of the company's range of capabilities, which include CRM and contact centre services.
Freeman joins Broadsystem from The Chartered Institute of Marketing where he held a number of roles from brand manager to account director. He has also worked for South Oxfordshire Leisure and Windsor Leisure Centre where he oversaw marketing strategies in all departments.

Freeman reports to Nick McConnell, Broadsystem's sales and marketing director, McConnell.
Broadsystem is a leader in data driven customer communication as well as live and automated phone response, email and mobile messaging for clients such as the COI, Cable & Wireless, Continental Airlines and Lancome.
Broadsystem, which is owned by News International, handles consumer interaction with a number of media firms such as Celador and it's "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?", programme.
