EA begins £2.5m FIFA 2005 drive
Electronic Arts (EA) is planning its biggest marketing push of the year to support the launch of its FIFA 2005 video game, which goes on sale next week.
The games giant is spending £2.5m on a national campaign that will include ads on terrestrial and satellite TV channels, print ads in major consumer magazines and a big online presence. EA has booked season-long perimeter space in the Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool and Newcastle football stadia.
