Broadsystem names head of data as it ramps up services

LONDON - Broadsystem has appointed a new head of data planning and analysis, and two new account directors to its client services contact centre division, as it aims to ramp up its customer intelligence.

Nick Davies has been appointed to the post of head of data planning and analysis to lead the data analysis team and develop Broadsystem's client offering.

The team will be tasked with identifying opportunities to extend, measure and refine Broadsystem's Customer Insight Portfolio of products and services specialising in customer contact strategies, data modelling, customer profiling and segmentation. The service is to be delivered across all CRM, media and contact centre clients.

Davies brings with him five years' analyst experience, including previous roles of senior analyst at Dunnhumby and senior data planner at Claydon Heeley Jones Mason. He will report into Spencer Wright, head of client services CRM.

Caroline Worboys, managing director of Broadsystem, said: "Nick's previous experience speaks for itself and we are confident that he and his team will help our clients achieve their projected customer data related goals.

"We are already providing intelligent data analysis across the business; yet, there is great potential in delivering this new level of customer intelligence. Demand for such service to existing clients that measures true ROI is enormous."

Chris Poulsom and Cathy Grant have been appointed as account directors. Poulsom will join the new account handling team devoted entirely to managing a comprehensive range of COI campaigns, while Cathy Grant will work across a variety of corporate campaigns.

Poulsom joins from HSM where as senior account manager, while Grant is internally promoted from account manager.
