Tank! to do email research for DMA

The DMA's Email Marketing Council has appointed independent firm Tank! to collect data and develop an email marketing benchmarking survey. The research will be used by the DMA to promote email as an efficient direct marketing channel. It will track types and volumes of campaign activity, delivery and response metrics, deliverability issues and key success criteria.

Tank! founder Sean Larrangton-White said: "The research will provide a measure for assessing performance."
