DMA backs Awards with The Annual showcase book

LONDON – The DMA is producing The Annual, a hardback book to showcase winners of its forthcoming 2004 Awards, being held on December 7.

The book will feature the Grand Prix, Gold, Silver and Bronze winners of this year's DMA Awards.

The DMA is aiming for it to become an institution to equal the likes of the D&AD book. It will contain photography and case studies of each of the winners.

Mike Barnes, DMA director of marketing and business development, said: "The launch of The Annual highlights the importance now placed on direct marketing and recognises the hard work from both agencies and clients which has made direct marketing one of the most exciting sectors in communications. Agencies and clients are proud to win a DMA Award and the work should be showcased."

Orders are already being taken, with the first 100 copies available for the discounted price of £59, compared with the full price of £75. Orders can be placed on the DMA's awards website.
