Haymarket Group to launch advertising site Brand Republic
Haymarket Group, the publisher of Campaign, this week launches a
marketing and advertising portal, Brand Republic.
The website brandrepublic.com has been designed to allow users to carry
ADVERTISEMENT
out research into brands and markets online.
It carries a news archive from Haymarket's 14 marketing titles,
including Campaign, plus a daily news feed and a database of jobs.
Deals have also been signed with information suppliers such as Key Note,
Digireels, Datamonitor, ICC and Marketing File.
The site launch is supported by a press campaign. Created by Banc, it
features four well-known brands, each adapted to the Brand Republic
name.
The first shows a Jack Daniels-type bottle, with the usual labelling
replaced with information about Brand Republic. The remaining executions
show Ribena and Hugo Boss bottles and a soup can in the style of
Campbells.
They were written by Paul Gerrard and art directed by Ben Holman.
Photography was by Jack Bankhead. Media is being handled in-house.
