Hello! and Ask Jeeves team up for celebrity searches
LONDON - Hello!'s website has linked up with search engine Ask Jeeves to provide celebrity content for its Famous People Smart Search tool.

Smart Search gives the user direct results in a box-out format at the top of the results page, instead of simply directing them to relevant links.
Users performing a search for a famous UK celebrity will receive a picture and be able to read text directly on the page. They can then click on the More function to read the full profile on hellomagazine.com. There is also a link to hellomagazine.com's home page within the Go To section of the Famous People Search.
The box-out result is triggered on a selection of UK and global celebrities and historical figures, and is one of the most popular Smart Searches provided by Ask Jeeves.
Tree Elven, the editor of hellomagazine.com, said: "We're very happy to be providing quality profiles from our six sections to users of Ask Jeeves' Famous People Search. This is our first deal with a major search engine in the UK, and we are really excited about expanding our relationship with them in the future."
Ten most searched-for celebrities on Ask Jeeves

2. Britney Spears
3. David Beckham
4. William Shakespeare
5. Eminem
